SAS moves service abroad

Uppsala nya tidning is a Swedish newspaper reporting that SAS will move technical maintenance abroad from Arlanda airport.

SAS already has technical services abroad to a large extent; negotiations are underway with various subcontractors in most countries.

The reason is that services outside Sweden ar less expensive and the move affects more than 40 aircraft mechanics at Arlanda airport.
