Until 2020, Qatar Airways aims to double the size and become a major global player.
Today, the company flies to 113 destinations and has its own fleet of 108 aircrafts, but the company has ordered new aircrafts to a sum of 50 billion U.S. dollars.
11 new routes will be launched this year and the focus will be on the U.S. network. The new routes will include flights to Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and Detroit in the upcoming year.
