Stanford University opens up a research center in China

The American University invests 7 million U.S. dollars in a new research center in Beijing, a project designed to encourage student exchanges, project cooperation and exchange of teachers between China and the U.S.

Stanford University is not the only university establishing connections in China. University of Chicago and Columbia University are two other top universities that already are in place.
